Tuesday & Wednesday Karaoke

Starts at 8:30pm.
Each singer will receive a raffle ticket. We will draw a winner every thirty minutes beginning at 9:30pm. Each winner will receive a free drink up to $5.00.
The last free drink will be given away at midnight.
Those who did not win on Tuesday will have a chance to win a free drink on Wednesday.

Chili Cook-Off and Customer Appreciation Party: 11/8/08 (Sat)

Chili Cook-Off starts at around 2:30pm. Please bring a crock pot to keep your chili warm. The winner of the cook-off will receive a gift certificate. The other contestants will receive consolation prizes.

Customer Appreciation Party will be from 5pm - 7pm. There'll be plenty of free food and Mr. Bill will be bringing his famous lasagna. Hope you can join us!

Song-Writing Contest: 7/10/08 - 2/28/09

We are holding a song-writing contest to find a theme song for Southside. This song will be used in our radio advertisements and other promotional activities.

The song has to pertain to Southside Bar & Grill.
$5 entry fee for each song.
Deadline is on January 12, 2009.
The winner has to give consent that the song is free for Southside to use.
Song lyrics will have to be provided for the competition.
Contestants and/or performers must be 21 or older.
Each song will be performed live for a semi-final and/or a final if selected.
The final is on February 28, 2009.
Each semi-finalist will receive a gift certificate from Southside. Winner gets $500 and a free studio recording session for the song.
Contestants are encouraged to practice on Monday Open Mic Night.
